See below for a couple of personal projects made earlier in my career.
Midwinter in the Gorge (2022)
Heavy snowfall in the Ironbridge Gorge and Coalbrookdale left a beautiful light coating on the landscape and landmarks.
This is a region touched by hundreds of years of human history including the birthplace of the industrial revolution, so rather than only focus on the natural woodlands, I decided to feature the industry and community areas as they are an important part of its story - all rendered still and beautiful by the falling snow.
It's also the only time I've seen "icebergs" flowing under the famous Iron Bridge!
Created as a personal micro project in 2022.
The Road (2018)
The brief: Create a film where nothing happens but which is still entertaining. The location: 200m of road. The shoot time: 2 hours. Immerse yourself in the slow TV world of The Road.

Produced for individual viewing at a virtual exhibition, hence the message about ensuring your volume is on.
